I. Upper pressure beam
--The panels are hold securely on the conveyor belt by two rows of staggered rubber wheels of the upper pressure beam. Digital meter displays indicates accurately the pressure beam height.
II. Polishing
--Two independent motors for cleaning and polishing after banding.Concise design,easy operation.
III. Trimming
--Used on 3mm PVC/ABS scraping edge,un-powered scraping edge system bases on the high rigidity structure.Accurate cutting profiling bases on the high precision feeler wheel.To ensure the accuracy of blade entry point.
IV. Refined trimming
--Upper and lower edge effected by the two independent high frequency motors,45 degrees of inclined edge, adjustable angle,simple and stable design,easy but accurate adjustment.
V. Rough trimming
--Same designing principle as refined trimming, to make processed product perform good. Two 1.1kw high frequency motors together with high rigid flat knife, powerful cutting.
VI. Enc trimming
--Two independent high-frequency motors used to cut the front and back excess stock. High precision cutting device depends on the two motors which is pre-installed in the linear guide rail. Each motor has a copying device, accurate positioning.
VII. Plastic box
--Special coating mechanism, rapid heating. Accurate glue makes coating perfect and uniform.
